Our Returns Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unmarked, and with all original packaging and tags intact. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Golf balls (listed under “Balls” in our menu) – once opened, these cannot be resold
- Personalized or custom-fitted clubs
- Items marked as “final sale”

- A Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return shipping instructions
- A prepaid return label for defective items (where applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and include:
- The RMA number clearly visible on the package
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process
For exchanges:

International Returns Note
For customers outside the UK (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties
- We recommend using DHL or FedEx for tracked returns
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If your TaylorMade driver, Callaway wedge, or other premium equipment arrives damaged:
